Remington Park
Over the past few years, Colleyville has become one of the most desired addresses in the Metroplex. Its prestigious, upscale neighborhoods and peaceful
country ambience have lured families seeking both the proximity of the big city and the serenity of small town living.
When it comes to location, it rarely gets better than this. Conveniently situated in Colleyville, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth, Remington Park
brings the best of both cities to your doorstep. D/FW Airport, Las Colinas, the Solana Business Park an the Alliance Complex are also easily accessible
from the community. Students will attend class in the nationally-acclaimed Blue Ribbon Schools of the Keller ISD and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD.
This is the life. Relaxed. Unhurried. Elegant. Exclusive. Remington Park. Country Charm. Colleyville convenience.

Neighborhood Improvements - (Gas Lease Funds)
Remington Park HOA has formed a Neighborhood Improvements Committee to direct the income from our Gas Lease Funds. The committee has recommended new sidewalks by the pool and playground area, new flowers and improved beds, resurfacing for the Pool, and coming soon: new benches and trash cans around the lakes, more playground equipment, much needed lighting repairs, and more. If you have input for this committee, drop us an email (include name, address, and comments) and we will pass the information along to the committee. The meetings are open - so feel free to comment in person as well. Next Meeting sometime in this Summer - watch this space.
Address Painting
You may have recently received a flier on your front door which advertises painting your
street address on the curb. This flier implied that painting the street address on the curb is
a Colleyville Ordinance. After investigation, the board has determined that THIS IS
NOT CORRECT. There is no such ordinance in the city of Colleyville.
Remington Park residents are very fortunate to have their addresses clearly visible in two
locations . . . on their mailboxes and on the front of the house. Because this is consistent
throughout the neighborhood, we have made “location finding” easier for police and fire
fighters.
If after considering the above information you are still interested in painting your address
on the curb, please contact Larry Lewis, the Architectural Chairman, for specific
Remington Park CCR guidance. Larry can be reached either via phone 817-427-3283 or
email at llewis66@tx.rr.com.

No Soliciting Signs have been Installed. As many of you are aware, the amount of vendor foot traffic has increased substantially in Remington Park over the past year. While some of these individuals are certainly legitimate businesses trying to market their services, there is no easy way to distinguish well intended entrepreneurs from strangers who may be dishonest or are seeking to damage or harm homeowners and their property. As a result, we have decided to establish a “No Soliciting” Policy for Remington Park which will be effective as soon as new signs are installed at the entrances on L.D. Luckett and McDonwell School Road. Our intent is not to discourage fund raisers for local schools, associated clubs of our children, or other not for profit groups.
Therefore, please refer to the following non-solicitation guidelines we intend to enforce:
- Unfortunately, the "No Soliciting" signs only prohibit door-to-door, person-to-person contact. It does not stop those pesky little door flyers and the foot traffic associated with them.
- For-profit interests such as advertising or selling goods or services associated with a personal or private venture are prohibited. Violators found soliciting in Remington Park should be reported directly to the Colleyville Police Department by any homeowner.Non Emergency Number: 817.503.1200
- Not-for-profit charity events such as cookie sales, candy sales, etc., for community service organizations (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.), church groups, public or private school groups and fraternal organizations may be permitted when such are accomplished discretely, without distraction or harassment.
